April Highlights

Other than Easter, April was a pretty quiet month.  We knew May, June, and July were going to be busy, so we just relaxed for a few weeks.

Sawyer loves a good cup of joe (takes after his daddy). Everytime I turn around he is gulping down my cup.  On this particular Sat morning I gave him a little in his own mug to enjoy the spring morning with his daddy.

 

 

The boys were excited about Easter.

We started getting asparagus, cabbage, and strawberries from our garden.

We also got spinach.  This is a spinach salad we made with our home grown spinach.

My boys are reading Tolstoy.  So brilliant. . .

Now my brilliant child is eating chalk.

Sawyer got really sick this month.  This is the first time he vomited from illness,  had a bad cough, and had a sustained fever.  Poor baby.

We ended the month with my dear friend Sarah's wedding.  Congrats Jason and Sarah!
