Beau is half a year old! I can't believe how fast time flies. I know, everyone says that. This child is still wonderful! He is such a happy, fat addition to our family. This month he discovered toys, finally. He wants to play with everything and will grab things our of your hand. He will even roll around to get a toy. He can sit up with the boppy and for a few minutes on his own. Sawyer was sitting completely unattended by 5 months so this is different.

He makes all kinds of precious noises. He even talks more than his brother! He still likes to be swaddled at night and in his swaddler does laps around the bed. I have no idea how. He likes to try to drink out of a cup. He is so curious and busy.
He still really needs 3 naps a day even though a lot of time he gets 2. He is in size 12 clothes! He still has not had any food but breast milk, but will be starting solids soon (obviously it has been enough so far). He sleeps 12 hours at night (goes to bed at 7:30), but wants to eat anywhere from 4:30 to 7:30 in the morning (he stays in bed with me after that for some snuggle time).
He makes a sound like a puppy if he wants me to hold him. Oh and the worse thing of all -- he is a complete daddy's boy. How? Why? He is happy, easy going, and very cuddly. We are just having so much fun!

Hey Melanie! This is Haley from the old camp days. I randomly clicked on your blog via Anna's blog and was happy and surprised to see it was you. I have enjoyed going back and reading all your blogs and catching up on your life. Glad to see you are doing well. You have an adorable family! Cannot wait to read more!
