Cabin projects 2014

 We passed or final inspection this summer!!! This was a huge feat.  I am so proud of Clint for his hard work and determination to do it right.  Our final projects for inspection were to change out some windows, put in stairs on the front porch and put up railing and or grading around the porches.  We had a crew helping us.

Here is the family with the inspector.  Clint was very firm and would not let the guy leave until we got full approval.  We picked up our certificate of occupancy from the court house that afternoon!  Now we can do what we want to our cabin!

 
In addition to our inspection, Clint cut down some trees around the cabin, we moved some rocks, we burnt a lot of construction trash and tree debris, we added a skirt to our sink and temporary countertops to hide our storage, we put up a shower curtain, and we fixed the drawers to the sink vanity.  And most importantly we hung up our ''High Lonesome'' sign that Clint had made for us.
