Colorado 2014 Adventures

No matter how determined we are Clint and I spend most of our time at the cabin just relaxing.  It puts a spell on us.  But we do manage to go on some adventures.  The boys loved hiking down to the creek.  They thought it was soooo exciting.  Hah!  We eventually let them hike down there by themselves.

We had breakfast and did a little zip-lining at the Blomquist cabin.  Amy took these awesome pictures.  It was a lot of fun and we had a lot of laughs watching the grown-ups zip-line.

Clint took Sawyer on his first hike up to the top of the slide.  He did awesome and they made some great memories.  We were so proud of him for making it to the top.

We took the ''boys'' fishing at the kiddie pond.  This really meant Clint did the fishing and once he caught a fish, grabbed a ''child under 12'' to reel it in.  They caught a lot of rainbow trout (it had been stocked a few days beforehand) and was delicious to eat.  This was the most successful fishing trip I had ever been a part of.

We also visited the waterfall on the way to the Alpine Tunnel.  Beau stilled loves waterfalls so we headed that way.
