Memorial Day Weekend 2013

We were completely worn out by Memorial Day weekend.  May was a tough month between Clint's travels, end of semester, end of school, my mom's health problems, a baby who gave up napping and sleeping in general, weddings, and on and on.  We decided to have a slow Memorial Day weekend.  We took a day trip to the Tall Grass Prairie.  It is one of our favorite places.  We had never seen so many buffaloes there before.  The rest of the weekend we watched the rain and swam.  It was a good start to the summer.

 We sometime splurge on RootBeer in the summer.  Sawyer was sooo excited.

Clint and I never get pictures together.  We decided to have fun with this one.

 Playing in a creek was on our summer bucket list.  Check.
